While receiving the complaint on Phone , Addl. Deputy Commissioner Sopore Mr. S.A Raina(JKAS), instantly conducted the surprise inspection of the PHC Botingoo and found Zahoor Ahmad Pharmacist and Rukshana FMPHW absent from their legitimate duties, despite Medical Officer is availing the earned leave as per report and was not present on duty.
