Presently, I find myself engaged in no fewer than eight intricate legal cases that are fiercely contested within the judicial domain. These cases center around matters of supply and business disputes involving a select group of private individuals, encompassing suppliers, traders, and my own person. Remarkably, the origins of these legal battles can be traced back to the year 2015, a period preceding my foray into the realm of journalism.
Allow me to underscore that these legal entanglements bear no nexus with the financial resources contributed by Indian taxpayers, nor do they bear any connection to funds affiliated with prominent figures such as Modi Shah. Furthermore, I am resolute in emphasizing that the proclamations and arrest warrants referred to in the writings of Majid Hyderi have been resolutely dismissed by the esteemed Higher Courts, thereby holding no legal relevance.
I must assert with unwavering conviction that I have not leveraged my access to any governmental office for improper purposes. The allegations leveled against my character are, without exception, unfounded fabrications, manifestly designed to besmirch my standing and repute.
In the shadows of sinister games, there is an elephant in the room that needs to be addressed. Is Majid Hyderi a mere pawn, safeguarding the interests of conflict entrepreneurs? But let’s dig deeper. Who within the system lends a helping hand, fueling his treacherous game? The time has come to expose these enablers and unravel the truth. Are they silently protecting those who pose an imminent threat to our nation’s interests and overall national security in Jammu and Kashmir?
Why does Majid Hyderi relentlessly hound Emaad Makhdoomi? What is it that drives his insatiable pursuit?
The truth lies in his hidden agenda. In all honesty, Majid Hyderi’s malicious campaign aims to satisfy his personal ambitions and ulterior motives. However, the question remains as to what exactly does he hope to achieve by tarnishing my name? As he manipulates and distorts the facts surrounding my personal business and financial disputes in the court, we must question whose interests he truly serves. Is he a champion of the public or a puppet of someone? Who does Majid Hyderi truly represent? And why does he harbor such animosity towards Emaad Makhdoomi? The answer lies in the stark contrast between our roles. While I fearlessly exposed the true face of terrorist-secessionist organizations, exposed the beneficiaries of the Kashmir conflict, unscrupulous cronies who illegally seized vast swaths of state land, and those with a history of supporting Hurriyat’s destructive bandh call, Majid Hyderi appears to serve a different agenda. It’s about time we draw a clear line between the actions of conmen like Kiran Patel, Nirav Modi, Sukesh Chandrashekhar others and my conduct. Did I ever impersonate a government officer or deceive anyone for personal gain? The answer is a resounding NO. While conmen rely on deception and devious tactics, I have stayed steadfast in my quest for justice. I have continually exposed wrongdoing, casting a light on the truth while being true to myself. It is critical to understand the stark contrast between those motivated by malice and my unrelenting dedication to truth and integrity. The next question is have I ever masqueraded as a powerful journalist, using blackmail and extortion as weapons? The answer is a resounding NO. Not a single shred of evidence or a legitimate complaint supports these fabricated claims. It’s time to dismantle the web of lies that Majid Hyderi has been weaving along with his malicious deceit. Did I resort to deception to secure my safety under a fake identity? No. In 2022, I was rightfully granted security under a legitimate government categorization order after a proper assessment carried out by the security agencies of the country. If one must wonder why, let me be candid and say that it was all because I dared to challenge notorious terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Toiba, anti-India ISI agents, and separatists. Their threats were very real and were a result of my unwavering stand against separatism and terrorism in Kashmir. It was my resolute support for the abrogation of Article 370/35A that earned me enemies, not fake identities.
