Former Minister & Legislator Bandipora Usman Majid has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of his senior associate Ab Aziz Bhat, who passed away after a spell of illness yesterday at his residence in Watpora, Bandipora.

Majid termed late Bhat as a pious and kind-hearted who was known for his hospitable and generous nature.

He termed the demise of the Ab Aziz Bhat as a personal loss.

In a statement issued here, Majid paid glowing tribute to the departed soul who was actively associated with him till the time of his death.  Usman Majid extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.

DDC Member Firdosa Akhter,  DDC Member Ab Gani Wani, Former BDC Chairpersons Hari Begum, Gh Rasool, Nazir Ahmad and other senior workers like Mushtaq Ahmad Sofi, Khursheed Ahmad Ganaie, Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, Wasif Majeed Mir, Gh Hassan Lone, Master Gh Nabi, Gh Rasool, Peerzada Sharifdin, Ali Mohammad, Mohd. Maqbool Mir, Bashir Ahmad Sheikh, Mohd sadiq Bhat, Bashir Ahmad Lone, Bilal Ahmad Khan, Gh. Mohd. Khan, Mohd Anwar, Liyaqat Nabi, Mohd Maqbool Lone, Naseer Ahmad Mir, Parvaiz Ahmad Ganaie, Gawher Ahmad Khan, Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, Firdous Ahmad & others have expressed profound grief over the passing away of Ab Aziz Bhat.

They expressed solidarity with the bereaved family, while terming the deceased a noble soul. They prayed for eternal peace to departed soul and courage to members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
