Adverse Weather Impact in Jammu and Kashmir: Recent snowfall in higher areas and widespread rains on plains have led to a drop in temperature, closing multiple roads. The Meteorological Department predicts dry weather for the next 24 hours. Snow-cleared routes include Srinagar-Jammu national highway and Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumri road, while the historical Mughal road remains closed. Some affected routes are undergoing snow clearance. Srinagar records a minimum temperature of 4.2°C with rainfall. Traffic on major highways is now normal.
