All stations in the region recorded sub-zero temperatures, with Srinagar, the summer capital, reaching a minimum of 0.5 degrees Celsius. Qazigund, the gateway to Kashmir, recorded minus 0.8 degrees Celsius. Pahalgam, a renowned tourist destination, saw a low of minus 5.8 degrees Celsius. In Kupwara, the mercury settled at 2.2 degrees Celsius, and in Kokernag, the minimum temperature was recorded at minus 1.1 degrees Celsius. (TRK News )
