Amid a total pool of 333 players, nine J&K Cricketers have been shortlisted for coveted Indian Premier League Auction 2024, which is scheduled to be held in Dubai on December 19.
A total of 991 players had, as per Alfaaz-The Words, registered for the auction, which were trimmed down by respective franchises with remaining 77 slots up for grabs.
Among the fortunate players include nine from Jammu and Kashmir.
Allrounder Vivrant Sharma is listed at number 49, pacer Rasikh Salam is at number 58 while all-rounder Nasir Lone and Abid Mushtaq are listed at 209 and 213, batter Shubham Pundir at number 221, pacers Basit Bashir at 270, Waseem Bashir at 271, Manit Jasrotia at 303 and Mujtaba Yousuf at 312 respectively.
