In a spirited reception, Shri Ravinder Raina, BJP President for Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, was warmly greeted upon his arrival at D.H Pora Kulgam in anticipation of the upcoming Parliamentary elections. Raina, accompanied by Zubair Ahmad Ganie, BJP President for the district of Kulgam, and other party leaders, received a hearty welcome from the district’s political figures, including former district president Aabid Hussain Khan and Manzoor Kulgami constituency presidents.
During the welcome, district president Zubair Ahmed Ganie and other BJP leaders urged UT President Ravinder Raina to assist the people of Kulgam in various matters. Raina, known for his staunch advocacy, addressed the grievances of the locals, fostering admiration and support from the crowd. Notably, Raina recently celebrated the passage of a bill granting Scheduled Tribe status to the Pahari community in Jammu and Kashmir.
