In a statement issued earlier today, Farooq Abdullah, the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, expressed his endorsement of the NDA.
This split in the powerful Abdullah family is likely to have big effects on the future of politics in Jammu and Kashmir. As the area goes through changes, the choices made by politicians will determine where it goes next and affect what the people there want.
Farooq Abdullah also said National Conference will contest all five seats of J&K on its own. (TRK News)
