The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a high-level panel led by Shantmanu, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Higher Education Department, for monitoring the conduct of the Departmental Promotional Committees (DPCs) across the departments in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
