Mendhar Tall claims of the government about providing better road connectivity in remote areas of Mendhar Sub Division in Poonch district have fallen flat as majority of roads across the district are in pathetic condition.
The road stretch from Talla Kassi to Qasab and other adjoining areas is dotted with potholes, lack of proper drainage system and dust, which causes huge inconvenience to the commuters.
The road connects several villages up to Mendhar, Qasab Ari Bhera, with the Tehsil headquarters. Due to pathetic condition of the road and poor drainage system, the students, employees, businessmen and other commuters face immense hardships.
a group of locals said that the condition of roads is extremely dilapidated even after having adequate representation in the government.
They said that due to bad condition of road and improper drainage system, the common people of the area, especially students are facing problems.
