Tangdhar : SDM Karnah, Zaffar Ahmad Lone, undertook an extensive tour of different areas of the sub division to assess the situation and oversee restoration efforts amidst road connectivity challenges in the region.
Accompanied by Tehsildar Karnah and other tehsil level officers , SDM , inspected several villages, including Khawarpara, Nawagabra (Konagabra), Hajitra, Dhani, Sudhpora, Taad, Amrohi, Chitterkote, Gundigujraan, Draggard, and Gundisharth. Restoration work of road connectivity was observed which is underway, with machinery from R&B, PMGSY, and BEACON actively engaged in the task.
Highlighting the significance of the tour, SDM Karnah emphasized the importance of restoring road connectivity to facilitate the movement of residents and essential services. An alternative route for the residents of village Gundigujraan has been restored via Gundisharth-Draggard Road, providing relief to the affected communities.
Directions were issued to all line departments to reach every corner of the Sub Division to address the grievances of the people effectively.
